Shipping policy

Orders are shipped out M-W-F at 1PM Eastern time. We ship from St. Augustine, FL.

For time-sensitive orders, upgraded shipping options are available at checkout.

International orders 

We offer international shipping via United Parcel Service (UPS). We do not control the rates that they charge. We charge the UPS rates at checkout. We cannot control customs fees, import taxes, VAT taxes, brokerage fees, etc. These charges happen at the border and inside your country, province, or state and you are responsible for any additional charges that may occur at import.
